Standard Delivery
Your hampers will be packed and posted within 2-3 business days. The hamper will be despatched on the day it has been freshly packed.

Saturday Delivery.
Available if the order is placed before 12pm on Friday. Please ensure you select Saturday shipping at checkout.

Bank holidays
During our busy seasonal periods our delivery times may vary. Delivery is not available on bank holidays. For example orders placed over a bank holiday weekend (Friday 12pm - Monday) will be despatched on Tuesday.

Returns & Refunds
We will not be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit.
Returns will only be accepted if damage is found to be the fault of the company or if incorrect order sent.
Returns and refunds will not be given on orders where delivery has been attempted twice and no attempt has been made by the recipient or purchaser to rearrange delivery with the courier.
