We use Maltitol as a sugar substitute, which is recognised as a reduced calorie sweetner/alternative to sugar by the European Union (EU). It significantly reduces the rise in blood glucose and insulin levels associated with the ingestion of glucose as it is slowly absorbed.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate: Sweetner (Maltitol - E965), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin (E322), natural vanilla (milk solids 20.5% min; cocoa solids 33.9% min).
